    We don’t charge an upfront fee because we want to make it easy for businesses to get online quickly. Instead, your monthly subscription covers hosting, SEO, maintenance, and support once your site is published.

  • When does my monthly fee start?

    Each plan includes a website (with AI SEO tools), hosting, website security, local SEO via Peach Pin, digital reporting, access to Microsoft 365 licenses, cyber protection, and more - depending on your package.

  • How long will it take to get my website?

    All Wizzyl packages are based on a 36-month agreement, which includes website rebuilds every 34 months to ensure your digital presence stays fresh, fast, and effective.

  • What’s included in the monthly fee?

    Hosting, ongoing maintenance, SEO tools, support, and the number of revision rounds included in your package (1 in Launch, 2 in Grow/Pro). Pro also includes PeachPin SEO, a billboard announcement, and widget integration.

  • What extra tools can I add to my Wizzyl account?

    Yes! Each package includes a monthly support allowance (15–30 minutes). If you need more, you can purchase additional support or upgrade your package.

  • How do I manage what products I have?

    Your Wizzyl Dashboard shows everything in one place - green ticks for what you’ve got, red crosses for what’s available to add. You can upgrade anytime.

  • Do I need to be a new business to use Wizzyl?

    Not at all! Many of our customers are established SMEs looking for a better, more affordable way to manage their digital presence. Wizzyl works for both new and long-trading businesses.

  • Is there really no setup fee?

    Yes! Normally, a professional website build with Wizzyl comes with a £399 setup fee. As part of our limited-time offer, that fee is waived, so your website is built free, and you only start paying your monthly subscription once the site goes live.
