Wizzyl Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wizzyl. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our services work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By ordering a Wizzyl package, you agree to these Terms.

1. Contract Length

All Wizzyl website packages are provided on a 36-month fixed term.
At month 34 of your contract, we will begin designing and building you a new website so you always stay current.
At the end of the 36-month term, you can renew your subscription or discuss migration options with us.

2. Setup Fee & Current Offer

Our standard setup fee is £99.
For a limited time, this setup fee is waived.
This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at Wizzyl’s discretion.

3. Website Build & Delivery

Your professional website is designed and built by Wizzyl’s team.
Once you submit and we accept your completed website brief, we will deliver a preview link within 14 days.
You can make changes according to your package allowance (see Section 6).
You only start paying once your website is published live.

4. Payments & Billing

Your monthly subscription begins only when your site is published.
Payments are taken by Direct Debit, Stripe, or GoCardless.
Payment is monthly in advance and must be kept up to date to avoid service suspension.
Early termination of your contract requires settlement of the full remaining contract value.

5. Ownership & Hosting

You always own your domain name.
The website itself is hosted on Wizzyl’s platform and tied to your contract.
On expiry or termination, migration of your site is at Wizzyl’s discretion.

6. Revisions & Changes

Your package determines how many revisions are included during the build:

Launch: 1 round of changes (copy, image swaps, layout tweaks).
Grow: 2 rounds of changes.
Pro: 2 rounds of changes + 1 widget integration.

Additional changes or new functionality outside your package allowance are chargeable at Wizzyl’s prevailing hourly rate.

7. Support Allowance

Launch: 15 minutes per month.
Grow: 30 minutes per month.
Pro: 30 minutes per month + quarterly check-in.
Support time is for small changes, queries, or fixes. Additional support is billed separately.

8. Add-On Services

You can add optional services at any time, billed separately:

Debt Co-Pilot (£39.99/month)
Cyber Security Tool (£24.99/month)
Microsoft 365 (pricing per seat)
Digital Telecoms (custom quotation)
IT Hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals – pricing on request)
Peach Loves Security (CCTV and access control – pricing on request)

Prices for add-ons may vary based on supplier costs, except for Debt Co-Pilot which is Wizzyl-owned.

9. Marketing & Promotions

From time to time, Wizzyl may run promotional offers (such as waiving the setup fee).
Offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn or changed without notice.
If you sign up during a promotional period, the terms of that promotion apply to your contract.

10. Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, timely information and content for your website build.
Delays in providing content may delay delivery.
Wizzyl is not responsible for outcomes caused by missing or inaccurate information provided by you.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wizzyl will provide hosting and support to maintain uptime for your website.
While we strive for 100% uptime, occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or external issues beyond our control.
Wizzyl is not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, opportunities, or goodwill.

12. Termination

Early termination requires full settlement of the remaining contract value.
Wizzyl may suspend or terminate services if payments fail repeatedly or if Terms are breached.
